Inspired by an official travel set belonging to Napoleon in which the bee pattern was used, the La Rochere glass collection is both a nod to history and a modern classic. Famous for it uniquely clear glass and sturdy construction, La Rochere "Napoleon Bee" is ideal for everyday use.

The oldest glass factory in France, La Rochere was founded in 1475, seventeen years before Christopher Columbus set foot in the Americas! Uniquely clear, La Rochere products are produced by melting, at around 1450 degrees Celsius, a mixture of sand, soda, and lime to create silicosodocalcic glass.
