Shipping

We offer shipping within Canada and the United States. An additional charge may apply if the package(s) are heavy or large in volume (size), we will contact you should this be the case.

Ontario & Quebec: Free shipping over $75 - less than $75 shipping is a $15 flat fee

All other provinces: Free shipping over $75 - less than $75 shipping is a $20 flat fee

Continental USA (except Alaska & Hawaii): Free shipping over $99 - less than $99 shipping is a $30 flat fee

Hawaii & Alaska: Free shipping over $150 - less than $150 shipping is a $75 flat fee

For heavy or larger volume (size) items: Additional shipping charges are calculated once your package has been packed, weighed, and measured. The additional fee will be emailed as a link to your Nicetys account. When the link is clicked, you will be directed to our online store and the additional fee will appear in your cart. Simply go through checkout to pay the additional shipping charges. We will be notified and send out your parcel!

Duty: Any duty and/or taxes charged by the U.S. border crossing are the responsibility of the Customer. As per border regulation, products shipping into the U.S. under $800 U.S. dollars are duty-free. Happy shopping to our American friends!
