Shipping

We offer shipping within Canada and the United States. An additional charge may apply if the package(s) are heavy or large in volume (size), we will contact you should this be the case.

Ontario & Quebec: Free shipping over $100 - less than $100 shipping is a $15 flat fee

All other provinces: Free shipping over $125 - less than $125 shipping is a $20 flat fee

Continental USA (except Alaska & Hawaii): Free shipping over $125 - less than $125 shipping is a $30 flat fee

Hawaii & Alaska: Free shipping over $150 - less than $150 shipping is a $75 flat fee

All deliveries are shipped without a signature, if you would like your shipment to be shipped with a signature you will be charged an additional fee. Select shipping with a signature at check out for this option. It will be an additional $5.00 fee.

Overburdened couriers: With the issues of the Canada Post strike, packages are going out on time but couriers are burdened with too many packages. Shipping times are longer than normal within Canada. Destinations outside of Canada are running smoothly.

For heavy or larger volume (size) items: Additional shipping charges are calculated once your package has been packed, weighed, and measured. The additional fee will be emailed as a link to your Nicetys account. When the link is clicked, you will be directed to our online store and the additional fee will appear in your cart. Simply go through checkout to pay the additional shipping charges. We will be notified and send out your parcel!

Duty: Any duty and/or taxes charged by the U.S. border crossing are the responsibility of the Customer. As per border regulation, products shipping into the U.S. under $800 U.S. dollars are duty-free. Happy shopping to our American friends!

Delivery Time: We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST). We will make our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond our control.

Before orders are shipped out, they are inspected by our quality control personnel and are professionally packed by our experienced packers. To ensure our fragile products arrive safely, all orders are packed with 100% recyclable materials.

Damaged shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report and provide pictures of all damaged shipments to: [email protected]

Stolen shipments should be reported to the appropriate carrier. Once the package has been delivered to the address provided we are not responsible for stolen items. It is your responsibility to plan to receive the delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number in order to track when it has been delivered.
