This is going to become a new classic dip, the taste is incredible, serve with a chilled glass of Chardonnay. French Onion baked dip is the dip version of the classic soup, a definite crowd pleaser.
Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a maximum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
Ingredients: dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, chives, leek), spices.

French Onion Baked Dip
All you need:
- French Onion Dip mix pouch
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml) concentrated liquid beef broth
- 125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) freshly grated gruyere or other Swiss cheese.
All you do:
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in beef broth. Refrigerate and let sit for minimum 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer prepared dip to heat proof dish, cover with cheese and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden on top.Serve with slices of French bread or pita chips.
FOR VEGAN-FRIENDLY ALTERNATIVE
Substitute mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese with vegan alternatives, cheese with plant-based vegan shreds. Substitute beef broth with vegetable broth and soy sauce.
