Always with an eye to cleaner environments each piece is made from 100% recycled aluminum. Achieve fat free frying on the PFOA-free non-stick surface. Both wok and handles are oven proof up to 260C or 500F and are dishwasher safe. This series is suitable for all cooking surfaces (Solid Plate, Induction, Radiant Ring, Gas, and Halogen).
