SCANPAN Classic Induction cookware has a patented non-stick Stratanium surface which allows for use with any utensils. These hand cast aluminum grill pans is guaranteed not to warp. Always with an eye to cleaner environments each piece is made from 100% recycled aluminum. Achieve fat free frying on PFOA-free non-stick surfaces. Both pan handles are oven proof up to 260 degrees celsius or 500 degrees Fahrenheit and are dishwasher safe. This series is suitable for all cooking surfaces (Solid Plate, Induction, Radiant Ring, Gas, and Halogen). Designed and manufactured in Denmark.
