Peugeot has selected olive wood exclusively from European forests, where natural resources are sustainably managed, to create the Fiji salt mill. This salt mill honours the beauty and grandeur of olive wood. Unlike standardised products, the wood in each of these salt mills has delicate veins running through it, giving each individual mill a distinctive appearance. Each piece is thus unique.
