Mineral B Steel Crepe Pancake Pan 24 cm

Made from steel sheet metal protects by beeswax, Mineral B is untreated and durable. Its Lyon-style, flared, cover shape makes it easy to slide food onto a plate. The riveted handle, curved a la Francaise, is easy to hold and far away from the source of heat.
B is for bee… Beeswax, suitable for contact with food, was previously used in cooking to protect white iron and tin-plated copper cookware. Since 2011, it has been used to protect the Mineral B cookware range from oxidation. This collection has become the symbol for de Buyer. In 2018, De Buyer installed hives on their industrial site.

Care: Season when first used. Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.
Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
All cook tops including induction.
