The Square may look like a simple roaster, but it can do so much more. Use it on the stovetop to create braises, stir fry dishes, or as the ultimate Sunday breakfast pan (eggs on one end, bacon or potatoes on the other). Use it in the oven for lasagnas, roast meats, or large batches of roasted vegetables, and you can even use it to bake cakes, brownies, and breads. The 11” x 11” square shape actually has rounded corners on the inside, so your whisks and spoons can easily get every last bit of your dish out of the corners, and extra high walls prevent dishes from bubbling over. Compatible with gas and electric stovetops.
