"My name is Spatzle Press, and I am a classic amongst the Westmark range. I am produced from robust aluminum as a solid, durable kitchen implement. Lift me up..... and? What do you think? ...Solid as a rock! Don‘t worry ...I have been designed so that it is unnecessary to hold me in your hands as you work. I can rest safely on pots of various diameters with my handle, which is flattened at the bottom, and my three support rests. I remain in place whilst the work is done. Filling my large, cylindrical pressing cone is also easy. In addition to my properties as a Swabian noodle press, I am also eminently suitable for the preparation of mixture for potato dumplings or mashed potato, fruit juices or spaghetti ice cream. Simply pull out the quick-release axle for cleaning. Contains different Swabian noodle recipes."
