With the hand-held rotary cutter from Westmark's reliable Gallant series of kitchen gadgets, soft and semi-hard cheeses such as Gouda or Emmental can be sliced perfectly. Because of the inclined position of the cutter, you can individually vary the thickness of your slices. Uniform and even cheese slices are achieved with the sharp stainless steel cutting wire. A sustainable bonus: two replacement wires are included.
