To activate: Bend the metal disc several times. Make sure that the gel is in contact with the metal disc.
The reaction causes the gel to crystallize, harden and heat up

How to reuse: (When pack with the gel is cold and hard.) Carefully put the pack in a pot of boiling water. Simmer for approximately 10 - 15 minutes until the crystals in the pack have dissolved.
Carefully remove from boiling water and leave to cool. Pack can be reused dozens of times. Repeat steps above. Only activate from cold.

CAUTION:
Do not over bend or break the metal disc, a firm action is enough to start the reaction.
Pack becomes HOT!
Please do not place pack directly on bare skin.
Do not puncture the pack.
If the pack has been damaged, dispose of responsibly.
If content touches skin or eyes, rinse with running water.
If swallowed consult a doctor. Not for use if diabetic or paralyzed.
Not for use on areas of sensitive skin.
Do not microwave or boil in a kettle.
Do not place on hot surface.
