It produces an even shape and prevents any dough running during baking. The mould rim, which is easy to open and close and features practical handles, enables easy release of baked goods as well as dimensionally stable layering and decoration of multiple bases. The high-quality stainless steel ensures optimum results and heat resistance up to 240 °C. The ring can be easily cleaned by hand and is dishwasher-safe.
