The Microplane Master Series Zester finely grates citrus zest, hard cheese, garlic and ginger. It can also grate chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon for cooking, baking and garnishing.
The 18/8 stainless-steel grating surface is paired with an American walnut handle. A non-slip end provides stability, and protective end pieces help prevent scratches on work surfaces. A reusable protective cover is included for storage.

Hand washing is recommended. Rinse promptly after use, gently clean in the direction of the blades with a brush under running water, and dry thoroughly before storing. Replace the protective cover for storage.
