- 4-6 Medium potatoes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 lemon
Note: For less servings cut all the portions in half, using a ¼ pouch. Keep the extra spice for additional uses.
All you do:
Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Combine olive oil and Greek seasoning in a bowl and set aside. Cut washed potatoes with skin on into thick wedges or sticks and toss in mixture. Arrange on baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer and bake for 18-20 minutes. Flip and cook for another 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside. Squeeze desired amount of fresh lemon on top. Great served with one of our dips such as Tzatziki! Cooking time will vary by oven.
