The classic chef's tool is updated for home kitchens. Double slicing blade combines straight and serrated edges for different foods; crinkle/waffle blade cuts traditional and wide crinkles. Also features julienne and french fry cuts. Stainless runway is textured to prevent sticking. Slice thickness adjusts with the turn of a dial. Safety features include soft-grip food holder, nonslip feet and blade coverage for storage.

Create up to 21 different cuts with thickness settings in 0.5-mm intervals, straight and wavy blades, and built-in julienne and French fry blades. The indicator window shows each setting from above, so you can prep like a chef without needing professional knife skills – or a knife at all.

A textured stainless steel runway prevents food from sticking. Soft handle is set lower than body to keep hand out of the way. Legs flare for added stability and fold inside the body for compact storage. Non-slip feet are set wide apart for stability.
