The angled head reaches into the edges of pots and pans to keep things moving and prevent overheating. The long handle allows you to work comfortably even in high-walled pans, while the soft, non-slip grip absorbs pressure so your hands don't get tired. The solid stainless steel wires prevent sticking and are ideal for deglazing pans with less effort.
