Return and Refund Policy
Basic translation of the Return and Refund Policy: Unless advised that your purchase(s) is final sale, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned within two weeks of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued by the same method & credit card account at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Seasonal items are final sales. Enquire with our staff regarding Gift Receipts.
Christmas Seasonal Items the last day for returns of Christmas/Seasonal items with receipt is on December 22nd, 2023. No returns/exchanges without receipt or gift receipt - this is firm.
Non Christmas Seasonal Items purchased from December 1st 2023 to December 24th 2023 the last day for returns/exchanges with receipt is on January 7, 2024. No returns/exchanges without receipt or gift receipt - this is firm.

Conditions for Returns
In order for purchases to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
* The goods are in the original packaging
* The goods were not used or damaged
* You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following goods cannot be returned:
* Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
* Products marked Final Sale, are outside of the return period, or used
* Products which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (or easily opened/closed)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning purchase(s) to us. You
may bring or send the purchase(s) to our address:

It is preferred to bring your purchase in person. We cannot be held responsible for purchases damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable
to issue a refund without a receipt of purchase. Refunds will not be made on shipping costs.
Gifts
If a purchase was marked as a gift when purchased, a one-time exchange can be made. This is only offered in-person and at the time of return.
