The optimized precision mechanism ensures consistent results with minimal effort. The comfortable lever handle fits comfortably in the hand and makes grinding particularly easy – even for people with less strength.

The enlarged opening makes refilling easier than ever. No spilling, no awkward filling into small openings – just open, fill and continue seasoning.

The high-quality ceramic grinder ensures an even grind from fine to coarse. Whether salt, pepper, aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme or oregano, dried spices such as chili flakes or allspice, or seeds such as coriander, cumin, mustard, fennel and cardamom – this ratchet spice mill unleashes the full power of every aroma.

INSTRUCTIONS

• To fill the grinder, turn the upper part clockwise to lift it off the lower part.
• Now you can pour the spice of your choice into the container.
• Replace the lid by placing it on the lower part and turning it counterclockwise.
• To adjust the grind, turn the small wheel at the bottom—clockwise for a fine grind and counterclockwise for a coarse grind.
• To grind, move the lever handle back and forth.

When grinding spices, the aim is to release the oils. Some spices and blends produce more oil than others. With very oily spices, the released oil can cause the spice to clog the mill. You can partially avoid this problem by adding coarse salt to the mixture. Do not expose this spice mill to moisture. Do not grind over a boiling pot.
