Zyliss Easy Control Handheld Slicer

The Zyliss 2-in-1 Handheld Slicer takes the premium features of a mandoline-type slicer and adds in the ease of a quick-use handle to safely slice produce. This handheld slicer offers two blades and multiple slicing options. A sharp angled serrated blade cleanly slices onions, zucchini, tomatoes and citrus fruits. The second julienne blade is for julienne carrots, potatoes and apples.

Easy to use on all types of fruit or vegetables including onions, potatoes, tomatoes and cucumber, the Handheld Slicer delivers quick and perfectly even results. Simply place the food inside the food holder, adjust the thickness selector to the desired setting and use a sharp downward movement along the length of the bed to slice or julienne.
