Back by popular demand our blend of Spices featuring cumin, cinnamon and ginger, wonderful with lamb or chicken.
Makes 4-6 servings. 24 g (0.85 oz)

All you need:
- Tajine seasoning mix
- 900g (2 lbs) of lamb, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 60ml (¼ cup) sultana raisins
- 45ml (3 tbsps) olive oil
- 2 large carrots cut into thick slices
All you do:
Combine 2 tbsp of seasoning and 1 tbsp olive oil & rub all over lamb, marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 300°F. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil and brown lamb on all sides. Transfer to tajine* and set aside. In same skillet, heat onion until tender and starting to caramelize. Place cooked onion, chicken broth, remaining tajine seasoning (1 tbsp), carrots and raisins to tajine. Cover and cook in pre-heated oven for 2-2 ½ hours.
Cooking Suggestions: Heat base of tajine in oven when preheating oven. 
*For optimal flavour, it is recommended to use a tajine but a Dutch oven or ceramic pot with lid will work as well.
