• This set includes the two most important tools for carving meat, a 6” Straight Meat Fork and 8” Carving Knife. The meat fork is ideal for holding roasts or turkeys firmly in place while they are being carved, along with helping to portion out and serve the meat. The carving knife, with its long narrow blade, is designed for slicing thin cuts of ham, roasted meat, and fish.
