This large slicing knife has a longer and narrower blade than a regular slicing knife which allows the knife to easily slice across large meats in one swift movement. The pointed tip is used to help guide meat away from the bone for an effortless clean cut and features a hollow ground edge to prevent food from sticking to the blade.
